Peter Cathcart joined the predecessor firm of Magaña, Cathcart & McCarthy in 1980 and has been advocating the rights of injured plaintiffs for over 25 years. He became a principal of the firm in 1992.
Mr. Cathcart’s legal expertise is in aviation and personal injury law. He has litigated numerous cases involving airplane crashes, commercial and general aviation matters, insurance bad faith, products liability and medical malpractice.
