Brian Magaña has devoted his career to representing plaintiffs in personal injury and tort litigation. Over the past three decades, Mr. Magaña has represented clients in nearly every facet of personal injury litigation, including: medical malpractice; products liability, including medical device failures and drug liability; auto accidents; the Federal Employer’s Liability Act (FELA); maritime, offshore and Jones Act; industrial and construction accidents; pipeline accidents; assaults and batteries; recreational boating accidents and premises liability cases. In addition, Mr. Magaña has prosecuted insurance bad faith cases, where an insurance company has failed to honor its obligations, both in first party claims (where the insurance company has failed to honor its obligations to the policyholder) and third party claims (where the insurance company has failed to meet the duty of good faith and fair dealing in when processing a claim or coverage dispute made against someone else’s insurance policy). Mr. Magaña is fluent in Spanish.
